Ordering

We take orders between 3pm and 8pm every day - 7 days (grill fires up at 5pm) - our phones have finally been upgraded!

To order IMC Takeaway just call the IMC store nearest to you. You can also drop in and order in-store, but we recommend calling ahead. Both of our stores are grilling takeaway :) Phone numbers below and addresses on our contact page! When ordering, please order your steak’s doneness the way you like to eat it, our grill chefs are adjusting the way they cook to account for travel :)

When you call we will sort out a pickup time, you tell us, we are usually pretty quick unless super busy! Steaks don't like to be stood up so don't be late! Keep it fresh!

Eating

When you get home with your takeaway, you should pop your vegies and sauces in the microwave for a few moments to warm them up. We are par-cooking (short for “partially cooking”) vegetables so that when you heat them in the microwave they don’t get too overcooked. Keeping it fresh! Don’t worry, this doesn't mean you are cooking them yourself! A quick guide is to microwave as follows: green beans for 1 ½ minutes, carrots for 2 minutes, Brussels sprouts for 1 minute, mashed potatoes for 2 ½ minutes and sauces for 1 minute. Eat!

The menu on this page is our takeaway menu, a smaller version of our in-store dining menu - we have carefully chosen dishes that travel well for take away. Rest assured that our in-store menu hasn’t changed :-) The steak prices in this takeaway menu are about 10% lower than in-store, passing along the savings!
