IMC Dine-In and Booking Policy

Bookings are essential to give our guests the best possible dine-in experience while complying with current QLD social distancing.

By popular demand we are now taking bookings for groups of 2+ so date night is a go! 🎉🥩

The maximum number of dine-in guests at any one time is limited by the current QLD social distancing guidelines (10 guests for Stage One and 20 guests for Stage Two) - so spaces are strictly limited. We take bookings up to 21 days in advance to allow you to book ahead and plan bigger gatherings. Our takeaway is an option if you would like a steak but can’t make a booking at a time that works for you :-)

How long can I keep my table if I make a reservation?

All bookings reserve the table for for 90 minutes total, after which your table could be required for a later booking - or to give us time to close if you are our last guests for the day :-) So please keep in mind that a booking does not reserve a table all night long. To help comply with QLD social distancing requirements please arrive on time only, don’t be early or late, as relaxing at the bar while waiting for the previous group to leave isn’t an option just yet.

After years of testing we took the leap and went online-bookings-only. If you need any help with your online booking, or have special requirements, please call us - we want to get bookings right!

Fortunately online bookings have turned out to be very helpful in complying with QLD social distancing requirements with (relative) ease of locating an available time, instant confirmations and 24hr availability.

We used to take bookings on our Facebook page, but not since switching to online-bookings only.

Sorry to all the Facebook fans, we love the relaxed approach of booking by Facebook too, but getting bookings right is kind of important to us. You can still message us on Facebook about other things, but if it’s about a booking please book online using the buttons above and call us if you need a hand - we want to get bookings right!
